  • Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat on a fabric surface to avoid tangling and/or scratching.
  • To clean your jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the metal and diamonds. We do not suggest an ultrasonic cleaner.
Delivery and return

SOPHIET COLLECTION offers a complimentary 60-day limited warranty on all purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that come from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing diamond stones, broken clasps and/or broken chains due to manufacture.

We are not responsible for return shipping charges or lost packages and the original shipping charges are non refundable.

We offer store credit within 7 days of receiving your purchase—no refunds. All returns require approval and must be in original condition with packaging.

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, and final sale items—including rings with custom sizes—cannot be returned or exchanged. Rings ordered online are considered special orders.

Store credits can be used on sophietcollection.com. Gift Cards and discounted items are final sale. Items showing wear or damage will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
