At Sophiet Collection, every piece is handled with care and attention to detail. We aim to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • In-Stock Items: Ship same day or next business day.

  • Custom Orders: Please allow 3–6 weeks for production before shipping.

  • Pieces Requiring Adjustment (resizing or modifications): Ship within 5–10 business days after adjustment.

All orders include tracking information once shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Shipping Method

All packages are shipped via insured carrier to ensure safe delivery. Signature confirmation may be required upon receipt for high-value items.

International Orders

Customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility.
